1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Loan Sahayog ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this Platform's specific services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Loan Sahayog is a financial technology platform that facilitates connections between potential borrowers and partner financial institutions, lenders, and banks. We do not directly lend money. We act solely as a facilitator, offering tools, calculations, expert advisory, and a digital application platform to simplify the loan application process. We do not guarantee loan approval, which remains at the sole discretion of the respective lending partners based on their underwriting criteria.

3. User Account & Security

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by any registration forms.
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy and KYC Data

Your privacy is critically important to us. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal and financial information (including KYC documents) as described in our Privacy Policy. We share this information with lending partners solely for the purpose of processing your loan application and securing the best possible financial products for you.

5. Connector Program (Referrals)

Users may choose to participate in our Connector program, earning rewards for referring successful loan applicants. Rewards are credited only upon the successful disbursement of a loan by a partner lender. Loan Sahayog reserves the right to modify the reward structure, withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, or terminate the Connector program at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Loan Sahayog, its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including for any lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Platform or any services provided by our lending partners. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using the Platform.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You should check this page regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
